Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work day shifts in cardiovascular operating room with average case volume of 3 procedures per day
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Work in 2 operating rooms specializing in cardiothoracic surgery
• On-call required 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd-4th weekend
• Every other weekend required
• Float within scope preferred when there are no CVOR surgeries
• 2 years of surgical tech experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must be skilled in cardiothoracic procedures including CABG's, AVR, MVR, Thoracoscopy, Thoracotomy, Robotic Thoracoscopy, TAVR, Impella's, and Pericardial windows
• Required skills include scrub technique, thoracotomy, and thoracoscopy procedures
• Preferred experience with robotic thoracoscopy and DaVinci equipment
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking available
• Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
• No RTO allowed during first week of assignment
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
