Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend and additional weekends as needed based on unit requirements
• On-call availability as needed
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Must have 3+ years of ICU nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience for more than one year required
• Must be flexible with floating to other units within scope of practice
• May float to Summit or Herrick Campus depending on need and census
• Shuttle service provided when floating is requested
• 1.5 hours advance notice typically given for floating assignments
• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical conditions
• Manage ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, and various ICU equipment
• Administer blood products, emergency medications, and titrate cardiac/vasoactive drips
• Daily census of approximately 12 patients in a 30-bed unit
• Work with interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
