Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 5-7 on-call shifts required per month
• Float to cover IR and EP as needed
• Rotating weekend schedule with no scheduled weekend requirements
• 2 years of experience required
• First time travelers accepted with positive references
• Required certifications: ARRT R or CCI RCIS, ACLS, BLS
• Maryland license preferred
• Cath Lab experience required
• IR and EP experience preferred
• Work with daily census of 15-20 patients in 4-room facility
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, primary PCI, vascular/peripheral angiography
• Conduct EP studies, pacemaker implantations, ablations, IABP, Swan-Ganz procedures
• Perform coronary lithotripsy, coronary microvascular disease diagnostics
• Conduct various biopsies, port placements, nephrostomy tubes
• Work with GE and Philips fluoro imaging equipment, MacLab/CardioLab documentation systems
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
