Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work weekend days Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date
• Handle approximately 130 visits per day across 3 CT rooms
• Must be ARRT Registered CT Technologist with minimum 2 years of experience
• Required certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), BLS
• Virginia license required (can start pending VA license with proof of application)
• Previous experience with GE or Siemens scanners and PACS required
• Experience required with various CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head imaging with/without contrast
• Must be proficient in starting peripheral IVs, brain perfusion, multiplanar reconstruction, vascular CTA
• Knowledge of cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic imaging required
• Epic experience preferred with mandatory Epic radiology CT online class on day 1
• 24 hours of orientation required
• Work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Grey scrubs required
• Smoke/nicotine free facility
• First time travelers welcome
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1st - March 31st)
