Opportunity:
Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech
Job Details:
• Normal hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
• May be required to stay until 7:00 PM 1-2 times per month
• Possible Saturday coverage from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• 16 hours of orientation required
• 2 years of experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Texas license must be in hand before start
• Required certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS, State licensed
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Skills include 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, digital quality assurance procedures, fine needle aspiration, Hologic 3D, needle localizations, stereotactic biopsy, and radiation safety
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Daily census of approximately 40 patients with 40 visits per day
• Work in 2-room mammography department
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions allowed
• On-site drug screen required with multiple panels tested

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
