Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Monday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 2 years of experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R
• Advanced ARRT certification preferred
• Must be comfortable working with all patient age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Perform CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, myelography, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Conduct X-ray procedures for extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, and upper/lower extremities
• Work with PACS systems and portable equipment
• Handle contrast preparation and administration
• Perform venipuncture and start peripheral IVs
• Experience required in outpatient, inpatient, ER, teaching hospital, community hospital, and adult ICU settings
• Must work in 2 patient room environment
• Floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals is 100% required
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
