Opportunity:
Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:15 AM to 6:45 PM with call required
• On-call requirement as needed
• Weekend coverage based on department needs
• 3 years minimum experience required
• Travel experience required - facility does not accept first-time travelers
• Must be proficient in all aspects of cardiovascular/CV cases
• Experience working in CVOR required
• Must be proficient in general surgery, kidney transplant, and robotics when CVOR is slow
• Must work with patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, NBSTSA
• Must reside over 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted)
• Louisiana license or compact license required in hand upon submittal
• Emergency team assignment possible during emergency events with expectation to stay at facility
• Strict no call-in policy enforced
• 12-week assignment starting ASAP

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
