Description
Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work 3 x 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekend rotation required with minimum every other weekend
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Floating required to TICU, Med/Tele, and Medical-Surgical units as needed
• May float to other CPMC locations if census is low on home unit
• 24 hours of orientation required
• California RN license required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS
• 3 years ICU experience required, 4 years preferred
• 2 years minimum experience required for submission
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 50-mile travel requirement from home address
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation averaging 1-5 hours
• Skills include arterial line management, ventilator management, central line care, blood product administration, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, and various ICU procedures

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
