Job Details:

• Work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule with call and late days as required
• 40-hour orientation period required
• 1:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• Specialize in Neuro/Spine, Ortho/trauma, and General/robotics/trauma procedures
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required - hard stop requirement
• 2 years of experience in service line required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Care for patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, BLS
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required
• Must have experience with various surgical procedures including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, laparoscopic procedures, mastectomy, spinal fusions, joint replacements, and trauma cases
• Charting system experience with Allscripts preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Must complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Non-billable modules averaging 6-8 hours completed during orientation
• Facility conducts mandatory drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing
• Local radius restrictions: must live more than 150 miles from facility
• Previous permanent staff must be gone 1 year to return as traveler
