Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• Work 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM shifts with holiday rotation
• Required to work 1 weekend shift per month (10:30 AM to 11:00 PM Saturday OR Sunday)
• Rotating weekend schedule required
• Up to 4 call shifts per month (end of shift to 7:00 AM)
• Up to 2 weekend call shifts per month (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Saturday OR Sunday)
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units/sister facilities
• 2 years of experience strongly preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, Radiation Badge (provided by agency)
• South Carolina or Multi State/Compact RN license required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• Work in 21 OR suites covering all surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
• RNs trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures
• Care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Use EPIC charting system
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Parking permit required - $20 registration fee for hang tag
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
