Description
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• On-call required: 1-2 nights per week, one weekend in a six-week period, holiday call possible
• Handle various types of cases including Right and Left Heart Cath Diagnostic, PCI, Complex PCI, CTO, ASA, PFO/ASD, MitralClip, Watchman, PTMV, TAVR, Peripheral, and Vascular procedures
• Work in 5 Cath lab rooms plus Hybrid OR
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-timers accepted
• Required certifications: SCRQSA, ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association only), CCI with RCIS/RCES preferred, ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R) also acceptable
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• EPIC charting system preferred
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks with guaranteed hours policy
• Block schedule accommodations available per manager's discretion
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
• Parking fee applies nights and weekends only - one-time $20 payment for parking pass
• Must complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours, completed pre-start

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
