Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• No weekends or holidays required
• Work in ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Float to sister ambulatory surgery centers as needed
• Specialties include cataracts, pain injections, ENT, gynecology, orthopedics/podiatry, hand surgeries, plastics, general surgery, and urology
• Function in circulating role during surgeries and procedures
• Provide patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor surgical environment
• Perform room turnover and cleanup duties
• Order and stock supplies as needed
• Care for patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred
• 5 years recent relevant experience required
• Ambulatory surgery center experience required
• Required certifications: RN license for California, BLS, ACLS, CNOR preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Must complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
