Opportunity:
Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Daily caseload varies per technician
• No on-call responsibilities required
• No weekend coverage required
• May be asked to cross cover different treatment machines
• 2+ years of radiation therapy experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Equipment experience preferred: Aria and Varian Truebeam trained
• Radiation badge required and MUST be provided by agency
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics
• Handle approximately 90 visits per day
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Scrub color: Green family
• Parking fee: $20 one-time payment for parking pass (nights and weekends only)
• Complete average 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start
• Must be available during hurricane season for potential emergency response team assignment (June-November)

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
