Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts with 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM-5:00 PM, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM-8:30 PM)
• On-call obligations up to 2 days per week and every other weekend
• Patient ratio of 1:1 in procedure rooms and 1:3 in recovery room
• Handle average daily census of 18-20 cases per day across 5 procedure rooms (3 Cath and 2 EP rooms)
• Work with adult patients for coronary diagnostic and intervention, structural heart procedures, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, and cardioversion/TEE
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Required skills: Circulate, Conscious Sedation, and Telemetry experience
• Scrub experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Pre/Post procedure experience required
• GE Mac Lab hemodynamics experience preferred
• Structural heart experience preferred
• Work with specialized equipment including Acist, Synchvision, Philips and Siemens X-ray equipment

This short-term acute care facility features a comprehensive cardiovascular services department with state-of-the-art catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories. The facility maintains 5 procedure rooms equipped with advanced imaging technology and hemodynamic monitoring systems. The organization provides interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretaries to ensure comprehensive patient care throughout the cardiovascular service line.
