Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work in cardiovascular operating room with adult and geriatric patients
• 2 years of experience required, accepts first-time travelers
• Weekend rotation schedule to be discussed during interview
• Call required: typically one weekday call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed and to Main OR
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Must be proficient in Epic charting system
• Skills required: Scrub cardiovascular surgery, scrub thoracic surgery, scrub vascular surgery, CVOR procedures, CABG, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, MAZE procedure, mitral valve replacement, TAVR, thoracotomy, VATS, aortic aneurysm repair, carotid procedures, and femoral popliteal bypass graft
• Holiday policy: work major holidays that fall during assignment period
• RTO maximum of 7 days per assignment
• Georgia or Compact license required at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
