Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday to Friday with shift options of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Call required one week every 8 weeks: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to midnight and weekends from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• May need to cover holidays
• Float to other locations within health system (Main, West, Legends) as coverage is needed
• 16 hours of orientation provided
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R
• Charting system experience preferred (Cerner)
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Perform variety of outpatient imaging procedures including bone mineral density, pediatric, scoliosis, and skeletal surveys
• Handle approximately 30 visits per day
• Work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Extensive skills required including trauma cases, C-Arm procedures, portable imaging, radiation safety, and various anatomical imaging
• Must complete on-site drug screening with comprehensive panel
• Documentation due 3 business days prior to start date
• Pending license accepted with submission but must be active before start
