Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Variable shifts with flexible scheduling - 3x12s or 4x10s with rotating days off
• Schedule varies each week with no set days guaranteed
• Block schedule cannot be approved
• Call required - varies with average of 3-6 days in a 28-day cycle
• Weekend coverage averages every 4th or 5th weekend
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• 2 years of experience required
• General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma and ENT experience needed
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must work with patients of all age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 35-40 patients in 13 operating rooms
• Expected to work some holidays
• On-site drug screening required
• Must be flexible as traveler for varying weekly schedules
• Extensive surgical experience required across multiple specialties including robotic surgery, vascular procedures, and trauma cases
