Description
Opportunity:
Registered Nurse - PACU
Job Details:
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or call required
• Shift start times vary with earliest at 6:00 AM and latest end time at 7:30 PM
• Position will float between preop and PACU, with primary focus on PACU
• Patient ratio of 2:1 during day shifts
• Daily census of 30-40 patients
• Care for patients of all age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Ambulatory experience highly preferred
• Must have CA licensure in hand at time of submittal
• 7-year work history verification required
• Specialties include orthopedic, pediatric, ENT, neuro, total joints, urology, and general surgery
• Work on two floors: 2nd floor with 10 bays/5 ORs and 5th floor with 8 bays/2 ORs
• Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and interpretation services

This ambulatory surgery center specializes in outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, ENT, neurosurgery, and general surgery. The facility operates on two floors with modern equipment and maintains a high volume of surgical cases with comprehensive pre-operative and post-anesthesia care services. The center focuses on providing quality outpatient surgical care with interdisciplinary support services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
