Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend and as needed based on unit requirements
• On-call as needed
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Must have 3+ years of ICU experience and travel experience for more than 1 year
• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must be flexible with floating to other units within scope of practice and between campuses
• 1.5 hours advance notice typically given for floating assignments with shuttle service provided
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with 2:1 patient ratios
• Work with interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, and other support services
• Extensive skills required including neuro/surgical ICU care, ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and critical care procedures
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation averaging 1-5 hours
