Description
Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week
• Holiday rotation required
• Every other weekend requirement
• Patient ratios of 1:5 (may vary based on staffing)
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units/sister facilities
• 2 years of experience required, first-timers not accepted
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Travel experience required
• Skills required: Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Provide care for adult patients on a 20-bed unit
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Dress code: Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal Blue bottoms
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Must be available for emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)
• Pre-start modules required (approximately 4 hours, non-billable)

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
