Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday schedule with call and late days as required
• Specializes in Neuro/Spine, Ortho/trauma, General/robotics/trauma procedures
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required - HARD STOP requirement
• 1:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• 2 years of experience in service line required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, BLS
• Must have experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and various surgical procedures including general OR, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, laparoscopic procedures, mastectomy, spinal procedures, orthopedic procedures, and trauma cases
• Charting system experience with Allscripts preferred; Altera experience preferred but not required
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must complete mandatory drug screen upon arrival including marijuana testing
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Non-billable modules averaging 6-8 hours completed during orientation
