Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• Work 3 x 12-hour evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle approximately 70 patient visits per day in a 16-bed emergency department
• Must have California RN licensure and 2 years of experience required for submission
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, NIH Certification (all must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal)
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 50-mile travel requirement with locals accepted at local rate
• May float to other emergency department locations if overstaffed
• Clock in and out using Kronos system
• 7-year work history verification required
• Only one holiday will be approved for time off
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation averaging 1-5 hours through e-learning platform

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
