Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule or 40 hours for 8/10 schedule
• Weekend shifts required as needed
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• At least 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred in emergency room setting
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Essential skills include arterial line management, management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, isolation precautions/PPE, and triage
• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum for each
• Must complete time-sensitive modules averaging 6-15 hours (non-billable)
• Must be nicotine free with negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• 2 references from direct supervisor/manager required
• No on-call requirements
• No pending certifications accepted
