Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required - unit accepts first time travelers
• Work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle daily census of 14-20 patients per day in 4-room unit
• Required certifications: CCI RCES, CCI RCIS, ACLS, BLS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Skills required include: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Hemodynamic monitoring, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Laser-assisted procedures, Left and Right heart catheterization, Permanent and Temporary Pacemaker procedures, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion, Cardiac Ablation, Cardioversion, and Radiofrequency Ablation procedures
• Handle complex cases as needed
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• Must work major holidays if they fall during assignment period according to facility holiday policy
• Must be available to submit compliance documents and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)
