Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work 4x8 PM shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend rotation required with no on-call responsibilities
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Float to PCU, Med/Surg Tele, or VNC as needed
• 24 hours of orientation required
• 3 years of ICU experience required, 4 years preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: California RN License, BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS
• Additional preferred certifications: TNCC, CCRN
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must have skills in FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, CVVHD/CRRT, traumatic brain injury care, neuro and surgical intensive care
• Experience required in ventilator management, arterial blood gas interpretation, central line care, and vasoactive drip titration
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical conditions
• 7-year work history verification required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
• Complete non-billable e-learning modules during orientation

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
