Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Weekend schedule working 3 12-hour shifts either Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday
• On-call required with 30-minute response time
• Primary call on one weekend night, then flip to secondary the next night
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 30 patients with 5 procedure rooms available
• Scrub experience required with ability to maintain sterile field
• Travel experience required
• Minimum 2 years experience required (1 year acceptable with neuro and scrub experience)
• Neuro IR experience preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable participating in emergency response teams during facility emergencies
• Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT VI, ARRT R, BLS
• Must have Louisiana license or compact license in hand upon submission
• Epic charting system experience required
• Work with specialized equipment including Siemens and GE biplane systems, ultrasound, procedural CT scanner, cryo machines, RF machines
• Perform various interventional procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, central line access, and fluoroscopy
• Must live over 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted)
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
