Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Provide support to cardiologists, registered nurses and radiology staff for procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Follow clearly defined procedures for execution and technical analysis of cardiac procedures
• Work under supervision of a Cardiologist or Interventional Radiologist
• Perform competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication
• Integrate education, technical competence and patient interaction skills for safe and precise treatment
• May be responsible for mentoring and training students
• Call will be required and will vary during the week and weekends
• Must have 2 years of experience required for submission
• Required certifications: ARRT or RCIS, BLS (must be AHA or American Red Cross)
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Must provide Nursys within the last 2 weeks with valid state license
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (average 1-5 hours)
