Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology
Job Details:
• 40 hours per week guaranteed with facility allowed to call off 3 times throughout 13-week assignment
• Minimal on-call requirements from 4:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Friday and 24-hour coverage on weekends
• Work with adults and geriatrics (required), with neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents preferred
• Operate in 4 general rooms, 1 SPECT/CT, and 2 PET/CT rooms
• Perform normal diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging including cardiac, bone scan, HIDA, renogram, liver/spleen, and infection imaging
• Conduct SPECT/CT scans including infection imaging, MIBG, WB I-123 and I-131 imaging, Y-90 imaging
• Execute PET/CT scanning including FDG, Dotatate, PSMA
• Administer therapies including I-131, Xofigo, Lutathera
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, drawing venous blood, and peripheral IV start and maintenance
• Handle storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials
• Use PACS system and Cerner charting system
• Wear hunter green scrubs
• 1 year of experience required, first-timers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT N or NMTCB, ARRT R, BLS, New Mexico State License
• PET license preferred (can be pending with unit assistance to acquire)
• No locals within 100 miles accepted
• Minimum 10-week contract required
• No RQI certifications accepted
• Must complete compliance documents 10 days prior to start date

This Level I Trauma center is a comprehensive teaching hospital and children's hospital providing short-term acute care services. The facility features 554 staffed beds and operates as a certified comprehensive stroke center. The organization maintains modern nuclear medicine equipment and technology, offering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services to serve both adult and pediatric populations in the region.

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
