Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 AM
• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Maryland license required (preferably in hand at submittal)
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• No call or float requirements
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Perform CT scans including 3D rendering, brain perfusion studies, chest and abdomen imaging with/without contrast
• Handle emergency department CT procedures and trauma head imaging
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• Venipuncture and peripheral IV insertion skills required
• Work in department with 3 rooms serving approximately 45 visits per day
• Community hospital experience preferred
• One pre-approved time off request allowed during contract
