Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• Float to TICU, Med/Tele, and MS units as needed
• May float to other facility locations if census is low on home unit
• 24 hours of orientation required
• California RN License required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, CCRN
• Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience required, 4 years preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Care for adults and geriatric patients
• Work with advanced equipment including FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, ECMO, CVVHD/CRRT
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation through e-learning system
