Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend requirement: Every other Saturday/Sunday; Holiday coverage as needed
• Patient ratio: 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• 12-hour orientation provided
• Float occasionally to other units
• Self-scheduling available
• Only one holiday time-off request will be approved
• Must have 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 180 days), NIHSS (within 90 days)
• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross
• Care for adult patients with various critical care needs
• Daily census of 40 patients across 44 beds
• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Provide holistic and individualized patient care including assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
