Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x8 hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 1x10 hour shift Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (42 hours total with 2 hours overtime)
• Five days per week schedule with every other holiday required
• No on-call or weekend coverage required
• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and fluoro permit
• Maryland license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience and travel experience required
• IR experience required with mandatory scrubbing for IR, vascular, and pain procedures
• Must be proficient in operating Philips Azurion C-arm and portable C-arm equipment
• Handle interventional procedures including tunneled catheter placements, embolizations, drain placements, suprapubic catheter placements, and PEG tube placements
• Perform pain management procedures such as epidural blocks and radiofrequency ablations
• Conduct vascular procedures including angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, and IVC filter placements
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in 2-room unit
• May travel to CT and X-ray areas with team for cases but floating to these areas is not required
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing
• Two supervisor references required
