Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Circulating OR nurse position with on-call responsibilities as needed
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required for submission
• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS (all certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Perform routine assignments and develop competence through structured work assignments
• Accountable for assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care including direct patient care
• Provide patient/family education and manage transitions of care
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in assigned area
• Develop, implement, and coordinate optimal interdisciplinary plans of care
• Foster collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable regulations
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning (average 1-5 hours, completed during orientation)
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• 50 miles travel requirement from facility
