RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in cardiac catheterization laboratory with average of 4 procedures per lab daily
• Handle 16 visits per day with patient ratios of 1:4 days and 1:3 nights
• On-call responsibilities required including weekends
• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks contract
• Float between departments, units, and facilities as needed
• Must have both Kansas and Missouri nursing licenses or compact license
• 2 years of recent specialty experience required with 1 full year within past 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Previous charge experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Complete 10-15 hours of compliance modules prior to start
• Extensive skills required including diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, TAVR, Watchman procedures, pacemaker insertion, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, and various cardiac interventions
• Work with specialized equipment including IVUS, rotablator, mechanical thrombectomy devices, and laser systems
• Maximum 7 days request time off allowed
• Two professional references required from past year
