Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience required
• Total Joints experience required
• BLS certification required
• CST certification preferred
• Prepare sterile field for surgical operations including setup of sterile instruments
• Assist surgeons in gowning and gloving, and draping patients for surgery
• Pass instruments and supplies, hold retractors, and anticipate surgeons' needs during operations
• Distribute supplies and perform equipment maintenance, testing, and setup as needed
• Work with 3 operating rooms serving patients of all ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Experience required with various procedures including total knee replacement, arthroscopy, laparoscopic procedures, and spinal fusion
• Must be familiar with Mako Surgical System and various surgical equipment
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Complete non-billable orientation modules averaging 1-5 hours
