Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
• Holiday rotation required
• 3-4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule required
• Patient ratios of 1:4-5 depending on staffing
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Work on 8W Neuro/General Surgery Unit, a 24-bed neuroscience-focused acute care unit with surgical focus
• Care for mixed general medicine population dependent on neuroscience census
• No step-down component
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License required
• BLS certification required
• Neuro experience, ACLS, and NIHSS preferred
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Dress code: Solid royal blue or white top with royal blue bottoms
• EPIC charting system
• Parking permit available for $20 registration fee at 91 Presidents Street garage
• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment may be required (June-November)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• Must be available for adult patient care

The organization provides comprehensive medical services with extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services. I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
