Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• One night of call per week and every seventh weekend required
• Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census concerns
• Must have 1 year of interventional radiology and special procedures experience
• Must have 1 year minimum experience with EPIC EMR system
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ACLS, and South Carolina radiology license
• Use Omnicell medication system and EPIC documentation system
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for all shifts
• Provide care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various interventional procedures including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, PICC line placement, and specialized imaging
• Maintain sterile technique and equipment, stock supplies, and prep access sites
• Work with interdisciplinary support teams including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of receiving login information
• Orientation occurs every Monday
