Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours in one workweek for 8 and 10 hour shifts, 36 hours for 3 twelve-hour shifts, or 48 hours for 4 twelve-hour shifts
• 1 year of experience required, first-timers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT(R), BLS, and Indiana radiology license
• ARRT (CT) preferred
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Pending state license accepted
• Floating to sister facilities possible if needed
• Provide CT services for outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patients
• Emergency department has 38 beds
• Work with CT equipment including Siemens and Phillips 256 slice scanners
• Use Cerner EMR system and Synapse PACS
• Preferred experience with neonates, infants, and pediatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head scans with and without contrast
• Skills include starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, CT arthrography, biopsies, and vascular CTA
• Work in department with 85+ employees
