Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Perfusionist - Perfusionist

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts with shift times changing based on facility needs
• Call required averaging 1 day per week and 2 weekends per contract
• Must have minimum 5 years of perfusion experience
• Must be comfortable operating in fast-paced emergent cardiac cases
• Must independently assist in ECMO cannulation for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• ECMO Transport experience is mandatory
• Must have Spectrum Pump experience as facility recently transferred to these pumps
• Experience required with Terumo system 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, ISTAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, CardioQuip HC
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Clinical Perfusionist (ABCP)
• Bachelor's degree in related field of study required
• Work setting experience required: CVOR, General OR, Pedi CVOR, Pedi General OR, and Trauma Level 1
• Must have at least 1 year of EPIC experience
• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers accepted
• Scrubs provided by unit
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• May be required to float to other units based on census needs
