Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Perfusionist - Perfusionist
Job Details:
• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM (first case starts at 7:15 AM unless urgent/emergent)
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Call required with response within 15 minutes, alternating call with chief
• Weekend call every other weekend and overnight call rotates weekly
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Daily census ranges from 0-6 patients
• 16 hours of orientation required
• Must have 10 years of experience (will consider 5-10 years)
• CVOR, General OR, and Trauma Level 1 experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• ECMO and independent ECMO cannulation experience is a hard requirement
• Cell saver experience is a hard requirement
• Required certifications: AHA ACLS, AHA BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must have California license in hand with submittal
• Compliance document deadline is Wednesday prior to start at 5:00 PM PST
• RTO required with submittal

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
