Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM shifts
• On-call requirements: 4-5 times per month, one weekend per month and 1-2 weekdays per month
• Holiday coverage required - must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours for 8-10 hour shifts, 36 hours for three 12-hour shifts, 48 hours for four 12-hour shifts
• 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT CT, Indiana state license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Must be proficient with Siemens, Carestream Portable, and Phillips equipment
• Multi-modality CT/XR technologist position requiring general X-ray capabilities
• Must be comfortable working independently at times
• Work with adult and pediatric patients in ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Perform various CT and X-ray procedures including contrast studies, biopsies, and drainage procedures
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Free parking provided
• Floating required as needed per monthly schedule

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility features 153 staffed beds and operates as a Stroke 1 accredited hospital. The imaging department is equipped with advanced technology including 2 Phillips IQon CT scanners, 2 Siemens DR X-ray rooms, and Carestream portable units. The facility provides comprehensive imaging services for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations, serving both adult and pediatric patients with state-of-the-art diagnostic capabilities.
