Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM until 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM
• Rotating call schedule required 2 weeks per month
• 3 years of experience required
• Neurovascular experience preferred
• First time travelers will be considered
• Required certifications: ARRT CI, BLS, ACLS
• Virginia license required - no compact exceptions
• Epic charting system experience required
• Must pass EKG testing with 80% or higher (one attempt only, no remediation)
• Complete 3 hours of pre-start modules (billable)
• Work with patients across age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, embolization, catheter/drain exchanges, stent placements, and various vascular interventions
• Maintain sterile field, monitor equipment, perform EKG lead placement, and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• No license or background hits will be considered - any history eliminates candidacy
• Must pass facility fit testing - cannot accommodate PAPR
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
• One pre-approved time off allowed per contract
