Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10 hour day shifts with variable start times (6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM)
• Rotating weekends required with occasional call coverage
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Daily census of approximately 30 cases across 13 operating rooms
• 5 years of OR experience required
• Must have scrub and circulate experience
• Experience with neuro, Da Vinci robots, total joint, and spine procedures required
• California RN license required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), CNOR preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• 40 hours of orientation with non-billable modules averaging 1-5 hours
• May float to other locations if census is low on home unit
• Work with specialized equipment including DeVinci, Ion, Globus, microscopes, and fluid management systems
• Provide direct patient care utilizing comprehensive assessment and nursing care plans
• Care for patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Only one holiday approval per contract period

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
