Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work 4/10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with flexible timing based on volumes
• Always work with 2 therapists per machine in a 1:1 patient ratio
• Average daily census of 80 patients with 80 visits per day
• No call requirements
• 40 hours of orientation provided over 5 days a week
• Must have 2 years of radiation therapy experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS, Louisiana state license
• Preferred certification: ARRT R
• Must be prepared for potential emergency team assignment during events
• Work with patients of all age groups including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Operate specialized equipment including Varian True Beam, Varian Trilogy, GE CT Simulator, and Elekta Flexitron HDR Unit
• Must live more than 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted)
• Must have Louisiana license or compact license in hand upon submittal
• Previous charge experience preferred

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
