Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• One day scheduled on-call required
• Daily caseload ratio of 1.5:1
• Must have excellent pediatric skills and work independently every day
• Siemens experience is mandatory
• Floating to other buildings may be required within scope
• Facility can call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), South Carolina license
• Must have trauma level 1 experience and children's hospital experience
• Agency must supply radiation badge
• Experience required in IR/Angio/Special Procedures including paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Daily census of 10 patients in 1 room facility
• Epic charting system used
• Scrub color: teal top and black bottom
• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment may be required (June-November)

This facility is a comprehensive teaching hospital and children's hospital that serves as a Magnet-designated, Level 1 trauma center with 865 staffed beds. The facility specializes in pediatric care and operates as both a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The hospital provides advanced imaging services including routine studies, outpatient procedures, and interventional radiology services, utilizing state-of-the-art Siemens equipment and Epic electronic health records system.
