RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:7
• Every other weekend schedule requirement
• Must be available to work every other holiday if needed
• Floating required within skillset
• Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months
• EPIC charting experience required
• Active New York Single State RN license required (NY is not Compact)
• BLS certification required
• Scrub color: Any combination of navy blue and white
• Cardiac monitoring and emergency response capabilities required
• Must be skilled in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience with Rapid Response/Code team activation
• IV therapy and phlebotomy skills required
• Peripheral line care and management experience
• Nasal cannula and oxygen administration experience
• Non-invasive airway management skills
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must complete pre-start modules (up to 10 hours total)
