Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 13-hour weekend mid shifts from 12:00 PM to 1:30 AM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 13-week contract available
• No call requirements or floating requirements
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Must be competent in peripheral IV insertions
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT)
• Experience required with EPIC charting system
• Must have experience with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• CT procedure experience needed: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Aspirations/Biopsies, Colonography, CT Arthrography, Drainage, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction
• Work with Siemens 128 Definition and Siemens Force 256 equipment
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Approximately 64 hours of orientation (3 days corporate, 1 week facility/precepted)
• Must be fully available with no other commitments during orientation week
• Interview required before offer consideration
• Daily caseload approximately 100 patients per day
• First-time travelers accepted

Facility:

This 151-bed community hospital features a comprehensive CT department with two scanners located in close proximity to the Emergency department. The facility performs a wide variety of imaging examinations including general scans, biopsies/drains, cardiac imaging, radiation treatment planning, and research scans. The department operates modern Siemens imaging equipment and maintains high standards for patient care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
