RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Float position covering medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro units
• Patient ratios of 1:5-6 for days and weekends, 1:6 for nights
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum
• Holiday rotation obligation required
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, IV start, and Telemetry
• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• NIH certification preferred
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must be able to float to all medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro
• Call recorded line up to 1 hour before shift start time for unit assignment
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks
• Must work with lift devices, ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner (training provided)
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Free parking available
• Work with adults and geriatric patients
• Daily census ranges from 28 to 50 depending on specific unit

The facility features modern equipment including lift devices and ceiling lifts, and utilizes EPIC charting system throughout. The organization offers extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary support to ensure comprehensive patient care.
