Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work either 3x12 day shifts (0700-1930) or 4x10 day shifts (0700-1730)
• Two days of late case coverage per week required
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• No floating requirements
• 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required
• Unit accepts first-time travelers with required EP experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES/RCIS
• Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit
• Must have experience with Cerner charting system
• Required equipment experience: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens x-ray machine, GE Micropacer
• Preferred equipment experience: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, Siemens X-Ray machine, GE/Abbott EP4, ViewMate U/Sound, Siemens U/Sound, GE U/Sound, Laser lead machine
• EKG experience required: Inpatient, Outpatient, Obtaining vitals, Sinus node rhythms
• Perform cardiac electrophysiology studies, head-up-tilt tests, cardioversion, internal loop recorder procedures
• Conduct atrial flutter/fibrillation ablations, supraventricular tachycardia ablations, ventricular tachycardia ablations
• Assist with device implants (Watchman, Aveir, Pacemaker, Defibrillator) and device explants/lead extractions
• Handle average daily caseload of 18 cases
• Work with adult and geriatric patients
• 20 hours of orientation provided
• Scrubs are provided
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing

The facility emphasizes comprehensive cardiac care and provides extensive specialty support for complex cardiovascular procedures.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
