Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 day shifts or 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Two days of late case coverage required per week
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• No floating requirements
• 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with required EP experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCES/RCIS
• Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit
• Must have experience with Cerner charting system
• Required skills: Electrophysiology Lab, hemodynamic monitoring/ablations, EKG settings and experience for inpatient and outpatient settings
• Required equipment experience: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens X-ray machine, GE Micropacer
• Preferred equipment experience: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, GE/Abbott EP4, ViewMate U/Sound
• Perform cardiac electrophysiology studies, cardioversion, device implants and explants, ablations
• Handle average daily caseload of 18 cases
• Work with adult and geriatric patients
• 20 hours of orientation provided
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing
• DC license required at time of submission

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
